We operate with ANSI (American National Standards Institute) Z133 standards and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to keep our employees and your property as safe as possible. It's important to us to use industry-approved rope and cutting techniques to service our clients' properties effectively.

As part of the service industry, we provide accurate information to help our customers make the best decisions for their property. Owner
Donnie
After a successful career managing numerous collection agencies, Donnie decided to join his father in the Tree Industry. After a few years in the industry, Donnie started Allstate Tree Service, LLC at the beginning of 2019. This is the same name Donnie Sr. used for over 20 years. In a few short years, the business has grown to service over 500 clients in the Mobile and Baldwin county areas. Donnie is most proud of receiving Nextdoor's "Neighborhood Favorite" award for the past 2 years. He values our customers and the power of "word of mouth" advertising.
Operations Lead
Donnie Sr.
Donnie Sr. owned and operated Allstate Tree Service in the Gulf Coast area for over 20 years. Donnie Sr. provides decades of knowledge and expertise to the everyday operations of the tree service industry. Our Foreman, Warren Lee, partnered with Donnie Sr. under the previous Allstate company.
Production Manager
Nick
Nick started as a groundsman, racking brush and lugging around wood, and worked his way up the company while earning a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Alabama. However, Nick couldn't deny that he also loved working in the tree industry. A year ago, Nick became an Arborist Apprentice and is hoping to earn his Arborist License by the end of this year. Nick loves learning about arboriculture and mastering new rope and cutting techniques.
Director of Commercial Sales
Melissa
Melissa met Donnie while working in collections as well. Melissa worked with Commercial Sales. Once Donnie started his new tree service, Melissa decided to join the family business as the Director of Commercial Sales. Melissa brings numerous years of knowledge and expertise when it comes to working with our company clients. One of the many jobs Melissa juggles is helping them work through the logistics of scheduling large projects and reoccuring maitanence.
Foreman
Warren
Warren has been in the tree industry for over 40 years. He worked his way up He has experience working in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Virginia, and more. This is his favorite thing about the tree industry. He loves being able to travel to different climates and learn about new species. Warren studied under a well-known arborist in Alabama. Warren partnered with Donnie Sr. to create Allstate Tree Service 20 years ago.
Lead Groundman
Curtis
Curtis has been with Allstate for 3 years. He has stood out as a leader and hard-worker. While some of the guys are up in the tree cutting, Curtis is in charge of making sure everything is running smoothly on the ground. From roping limbs, cutting up large pieces, hauling pieces, or raking brush Curtis makes sure everyone on the ground makes your property look just as good as when they pulled up for the job.
